We are calculating the 'Compensation %' (DFF) manually in the offer screen. Here are the 5 DFFs created in ‘PER_ASG_DF’ assignment tab: IC Cash, IC Stock, EBITDA Cash, EBITDA Stock, Compensation %.
Compensation % = (Proposed Salary + Proposed IC Cash + Proposed IC Stock + Proposed EBITDA Cash + Proposed EBITDA Cash) / (Current Salary + Current IC Cash + Current IC Stock + Current EBITDA Cash + Current EBITDA Cash)
But we want to print a warning message at any stage after 'Please check the Compensation % value entered'.
