How to use event triggers to send a report

I created a report in OTBI that returns urgent requisitions that were not processed by the buyer, but I would like to send this report to the buyer when an urgent line returns in the query.

The idea is to schedule the execution of this report from time to time and when the query returns something, send the result of the query to the buyer's email.
