Receiving the following error message under Manage Collaboration Messaging History

Service Provider: OBN

Error Type: OB Processing Error

Error Subtype: Negative Confirmation Response

Does anyone know what this error means and how to resolve? Any assistance with issue would greatly be appreciated. Thanks!
