Project Class Category Causes Duplicate Rows for Project Financial Information in OTBI and BI PUB

Summary:

When we want to report on the Project Classifications class categories for a project number there is no clean way to do it. The current solution we are doing requires us to reference which class category we want shown for a specific column with a formula (shown below). This makes it so we can see what the class code will be for that class category (ex: to show Urgency column is 3). But if we have a report that needs to see multiple class categories it creates multiple rows (image 2 below).

Has anyone found a workaround to this? I have seen a similar post from 2020 with no resolution.
