Is there a way to transfer the employment history from one record to another record?

Hello experts

There is an employee with duplicate records in the system, for example PN 12345 is the same person as PN 126574. We need to delete PN 126574 but all it's employment history will be deleted also. Is there a way to transfer all the employment history from PN126574 to PN 12345 since they are just the same person?
