Raising this question to understand the behavior of the budget for the following scenarios.

Scenarios:

  1. PR/PO was created in advance say November 2023 but the budget will be taken from 2024 budget. Is this possible?
  2. PR/ PO was created in 2023 using 2023 budget, PO will be fulfilled/delivered in 2024, will it still use the 2023 budget?
