Enterprise hire date of pending workers

Hi all, we are trying to obtain a staff list with all employees including pending workers.

Subject areas "Workforce Management - Work Assignment Real Time" and "Workforce Management - Employment Contract Real Time" are used.

For employees, the Enterprise Hire Date reflects the correct join dates but for pending workers, we found that the Enterprise Hire Date captures the date we added the pending workers instead of the projected hire date or hire date we put when converting the pending workers (e.g. the projected hire date of pending worker UA9017 is 18 Oct 2023 and we added the pending worker to the HCM on 17 Oct 2023, the Enterprise Hire Date was captured at 17 Oct 2023. Even when we converted s/he to employee, the Enterprise Hire Date of his/her pending worker record is still
