Where can I find the Visa Permit Category lookup?

In our scenario, when converting pending worker to an employee, there is a section labeled 'Visa & Permits.' Within this section, there is a field known as 'category,' which is no values in it by default. To add the values in category field, we tried to search for lookup code but did not find any relevant lookup. Please suggest how to add values in the category field.
