Where to find detailed information about each task type of task manager?

Dear all,

where can I find further information about each task type of task manager?

I would like to know what each task type is used for and what input format does each parameter require.


For example: I am unaware of the difference between "Run Data Integration" and "Run Data Rule".

Using "Run Data Integration" to try to start one of my data exchange integration rules failed due to the Period Name format I used.

Next I try "Run Data Rule" where I was lucky to find a video: Updated video tutorials for Task Manager — Cloud Customer Connect (oracle.com)
