Can Prospective supplier take part in bidding process, if yes please advise? Currently we have to create these suppliers as Spend Authorize and when they are not successful in the bidding process. We are left with Increase suppliers, increase in roles assigned to users which inflates our supplier and user role stats. To avoid the manual intervention of inactive these suppliers we are asking if prospective suppliers can take part in the bidding process.
