Report for Workflow approval changes, bpm changes

Summary:

Customer needs for audit purpose to know whenever any change was done on workflow approval groups, or in “All approval groups” if it was modified.

They need the information how it was before and after the change, the username that had done it, the last update date .

At the workflow tables : FA_FUSION_SOAINFRA.WFAPPROVALGROUPS and FA_FUSION_SOAINFRA.WFAPPROVALGROUPMEMBERS there are no time stamp to get these information .

Does anyone know how can we verify that?
