Hi,

The below URL is used to configure the Syndicated ConditionalChatLink widget for RightNow chat in external pages.

https://<<your site>>/ci/tags/syndicated_widgets/standard/ConditionalChatLink

This page has a setting with name custom_fields.

What is this setting used for? Can I pre-populate a set of custom fields by using this parameter? If not what is the purpose of this setting.

I want to pass on a set of prepopulated fields when the link for chat is clicked.
