profile was updated and fields were left blank, system allowed the Power User to save it and it came back as invalid. Sometimes we don’t catch these items right away and it prevents the new month reconciliation to be created. Hopefully there is a way to make certain fields required so the system prevents the profiles to be saved with missing information.
