I have a requirement to connect with external MYSQL database and bring the data to Oracle Database Cloud.

For one of our client, we need to bring in the data from multiple external mysql databases and store it in Oracle DBCS. Customer do not want to use Oracle Integration Cloud or any other middleware layer. Is it possible to create a DB link with external MYSQL databases or connect it directly in APEX?
