Hi,

For one employee, PTO absence is visible in the Absence records page but not in the Time card. Time cards is in approved status.

for the same employee, PTO absence is fetched in past time cards latest being 9/28 but issue occurred only now with last week absence.

can someone let us know wt might be the cause and hw to fix
