Report in EPBCS to identify lines/GL’s where security-based restriction is imposed

Problem Summary- Report in EPBCS to identify lines/GL’s where security-based restriction is imposed at Department level but have a balance in Actuals.-

The EPBCS solution has a variance report to compare budget vs actual. There are situations where there are actuals against zero budget. The customer is looking for a report to identify the GL Accounts where security-based restriction is imposed at the department level but still has a balance in Actuals. TechM mentioned that Finance team would need to look at the security and the variance report and figure that out manually. However the customer is insisting that the system should give such report automatically. Pl. let us know if there is a way to create such report in the EPBCS
