When HR Specialist resigns (under Me), the resignation actions are not limited

Summary:

We have linked the Resignation action to the Employee role only, but when an HR Specialist captures her own resignation, all other action types are available under Me > Resignation. As an HR Specialist, she has access to terminations, retirements actions etc. But we are expecting that when she accesses resignations using the ‘Me’ role, she should only see the resignation action.

How do we limit the actions that when the HR Specialist is in 'Me' she only sees the resignation action.
