How do I load Work Definition attachments thru FBDI

Summary:

We are in SIT phase and have Work definition attachments in our legacy system. These attachments are in the header level as well as in the operation level.

However the Work definition FBDI does not have a column to load attachments. Are there any alternate methods ? Please advise.
