How to copy the DFF/EFF data from Sales order header to Requisition Header DFF

Summary:

I have created EFF in the sales order & separate DFF in the requisition. I am trying to create a requisition form sales order using drop shipment. But the EFF created at the sales order is not flowing to the requisition. Please let me know if there is any look-up or something else, I need to perform any action.

I was able to connect form requisition to purchase order but not able to connect from sales order to requisition.

How to copy the data from the Oder management Extensible Flex field to purchase requisition Descriptive Flexfield.
