Change Personal Information Approval Rule - bypass if requestor is HR
Hello,
We're setting up an approval rule for change personal information transaction. The desired behavior should be as follows:
- Employee makes changes on personal information (address, marital status): approval rule is triggered, HR is the approver;
- HR makes changes on employees' personal information: no approval rule is triggered / bypass approval
We found a MOS document addressing a similar requirement (How to Create Approval Rules Which Go to Different Approvers Depending on Whether the Requestor is a Line Manager or a Human Resource Specialist (Doc ID 2499650.1)) : how can we adapt this set up in order to meet our business requirement? or do you have any other idea to get to this result?
