Why is this happening "You don’t have permission to view these resources in this compartment."

Regarding my oracle cloud account, the other day i decided to sign in and ran into an issue where it says quote "You don’t have permission to view these resources in this compartment. Try another compartment, or contact your administrator for help." Even though I'm the administrator and the only user on it, even when I check the profile it says I have the administrator group, why is this happening and can you please help me fix it?

I'm certain i haven't done anything wrong for this to happen because just a few days before that sign in my stuff was working fine. I Basically can't access anything, even my payment methods and the option to upgrade.
