Can we customize the approval notification to show the rejection history?

Summary:

Currently if a PR is raised and rejected by approver, after users withdraw, edit and resubmit the PR, the approval notification window didnt present these back-and-forth processes. Only the current approval workflow is displayed. Is it possible to customize the notification window so it shows the document history as well, that would help the approver to make better judgement. Thanks!
