Need to pass HCM extract flow instance name as run time file name

Summary: We have a requirement to send the HCM extract submitted flow instance name as the file name to SFTP. We tried passing the Attribute "Instance Name" under Run Time File name in Extract Delivery option, it's not working as expected. We also tried to customize the Global Data Model but the xml and output file is not getting generated. If you have come across similar requirement, please provide your inputs.
