how to set different item creation approvals

in Product Master Data Management 2 comments

HI Team,

We have a requirement where we want to set approvals for specific people when they create new Items and for remaining auto approvals.As item classes and categories are used by all users where we cannot set approvals on this.

I have tried from BPM by selecting task NewItemRequestApprovalTask. No luck.

Any suggestions pls
