EPM Automate login failure to PBCS

Summary:

After the migration to OCI (Gen 2), we have noticed that EPMAutomate is not able to log in to our Live PBCS instance with a native admin user. We are able to log in to the Live instance from the browser with the same admin user without any issues. Before this migration, everything was working fine. We have our EPMAutomate installed in one of our company servers. Interestingly, EPMAutomate is able to connect to our Test PBCS instance without any problem with the same admin user, which is also in OCI (Gen2).

We are in the latest EPMAutomate version 23.10.42
