Privileges required to populate ledgers in payables in manage accounting periods task

We have created a Custom Role with some privileges which give access to General Accounting -> Period Close Work area. We are facing a issue in populating the ledgers under Manage Accounting Periods task->Application->Payables to open/Close the period.

I tried adding "Accounts Payables Manager" role to the User which is working but as per the requirement we are not allowed to add any roles to the User we can only add the privileges to the Custom role.

Provided Data Access to all Business Units, Data Access sets & Ledgers to the User
