Rehire action for ex employee

Summary:

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Hello everyone,

we are carrying out the configuration of the 'REHIRE' on a former employee belonging to a company.

In particular, we tested the termination from one company and the respective hiring of the same on another company.

We have noticed that although ORACLE performs the duplicate check, the information regarding addresses, telephone number, tax code and other information is not taken over from the former employment relationship.

Is this normal behavior ? Or is there a way for ORACLE to retrieve the personal information?

Regards,

Gerardo
