Can we restrict Self Enrollment of learners into courses if course is already assigned to them

Hi Team,

We have requirement where we want to restrict the self-enrollment of learner to the course which is already assigned to them. we checked from our end but as of now we got nothing on this. please let us know if there is a way to handle this.
