How do I get requestor.department to work on a Business Rule in BPM
Current version: Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, 23C (11.13.23.07.0)
On the task 'DocumentOfRecordApproval' we have a Business Rule 'MOGRAtest' as the only active ruleset.
We want the rule to autoapprove, if the requestor is a member of the HR team. This can be identified using department. The name of the department for HR team is "Koncern HR, (8531) HR-koordinatorer".
We can not get the rule to work properly. I think maybe it is because the system does not expect the name of the department, but something else. Can anyone help?
This is an example of the evaluation result being failed, even though the requestor is indeed a member of team, and the assignment is registered to the eligible department
