Not able to create inspection for more than 100 qty

Summary:

When we are trying to create Inspection for more than 100 qty (WO qty is more than 100) ,it is not creating a inspection and the page loads for a long time and results in a connection failed error as 'A connection to the server has failed (Status =504).REST API is also failing with same error.
