How to make the description and UOM ready only when using line type - goods, in spanish and English.

I am currently making a configuration for the fields "item description" and "UOM name", this configuration tries to put the fields in read-only when the line type is goods (Bienes) and the source type is supplier. When the session language is in Spanish, the result is as expected, since the line type ID is 0; however, when switching from language to English, the line type ID value becomes 1, which allows the fields to be editable.

I would like to know if there are any conditions to be able to control the session language
