Update Lot number on Shipment line after it is staged

Hello,

we have a requirement to send ShipmentLines to external 3PL system after the shipment line is staged in oracle cloud. After the shipment lines are processed in 3PL we have requirement to record the Lot and Serial Numbers that 3PL has processed.

Could you Please let me know how to update the Lot and Serial numbers on shipment line using a SOAP or REST APi from integration.
