Need to Receive the Overreceipt Tolerance

Summary:

Item Consists of Over receipt Tolerance of 10% but we are unable to receive the tolerance Quantity.

Example : 31200 Pcs of actual PO Qty + 10 % tolerance (3120 Pcs) = 34320 pcs Total .

We have already 32000 Pcs , Now how to receive the balance Qty of 2320 Pcs.

Please suggest.
