manager is able to put termination date prior to the termination notification date
Summary:
when manage is terminating an employee then manager can put termination date prior to the termination notification date. which is not correct . Attaching the screenshot for your refernce.
Also we can not freeze the termination notification date becase client is allowing 30 days back dated resgnation.
