How to include attachment in workflow notification which is attached in the Project budget screen

Summary:

Approver required to see the attachment(which is attached in the 'Manage Project Budget Screen') in Financial Plan version approval Workflow notification.

It is not available as default, kindly let me know is there any setup to enable the attachment to be displayed in the approval notification.
