How to disable 'Feedback Provided' notification
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
Hi,
when a feedback is provided to an employee, the following notification is sent to the employee: HRA_FEEDBACK_PROVIDED. This notification is sent in both the following scenarios:
- The employee requires a feedback to his/her Line Manager or to another collegue/peer.
- The Line Manager requires a feedback about one of his/her direct reports, to another collegue/peer.
Our goal is to send, in the second scenario, the HRA_FEEDBACK_PROVIDED only to the user who required the feedback, namely the Line Manager, while the employee who was the subject of the feedback should not receive any notification.
