Unable to find the additional tables for the Supplier Profile changes in the audit trail report

Hello,

We have a requirement for the report where we need to bring some of the vital information with the supplier bank details changes to be brought from the table now in the audit trail information we are only receiving the supplier audit changes. Can we have other table information that can be joint with the existing one so that we can bring additional supplier information as well? Please find the below screenshot of the information derived from the audit trail.
