Time zone in GMT is not auto converting and displaying as Stop Location

Summary:

We have received tracking events from integration where the time zone is defined in GMT. As per system location, this time zone must convert according to the stop location time zone and display accordingly.

This is not the same case with "Local" when it is received. Automatically showing as stop location time zone.
