Accruals should elapse after plan limit reaches maximum from next month
Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications 23C (11.13.23.07.0)
The absence plan is Incremental and 1.5 leaves per month accrual
The absence plan has a 45-day maximum limit an employee can have and carryover is 45. From next month after reaching 45 the accruals should elapse and should not get credited again if the employee applies for leave.
For Instance, Feb 28 - the employee balance is 45, Accruals run for March then the accruals shouldn't happen and still the balance is 45.
When an employee applies for leaves in March - 2 days then the balance has to show 43. and again When accruals happen in April 1.5 should get credited and the balance will become 44.5 likewise.
