Transfer Order FBDI instructions are not clear and the upload fails

Summary:

I am trying to following this note on MoS "Create A Transfer Order Using FBDI (Doc ID 2659722.1)". When I downloaded the FBDI, I don't find a field for Batch number in the FBDI, barring that value when I fill up all other fields and upload the FBDI, the import process completes with an error. I don't see a place one can enter a Batch number. See attached the log file.
