Ability to skip, fast forward video content

Hi All,

What I have noticed that system doesn't allow you to skip or fast forward video content, you will have to patiently watch entire video.

Just wanted to check if this is the standard behavior of application or there is any configurable option for us to change the play speed or jump/skip forward to complete the video quickly.
