If the Sales order has Ship lines together as Yes, when these lines are interfaced to OTM and if OTM cannot plan all these lines to be shipped on a single truck, I am told that each truck will be separate shipment in OTM. Since Oracle shipping cannot take multiple shipments in such cases, I would like to know how to handle this situation and anyone has handled this in the past?
