Need input on IDR learning migration.

a. Is IDR learning migration being only the migration of the learnings or is it a system refresh?

b. And if we do T2T refresh from Dev to Test (Test is IDR trained instance), will our IDR learning will be deleted from the Test instance.? If yes, then is there any way to secure the learnings during the refresh?

c. And having same supplier Id’s in test and production environment, can we migrate the learnings from test to production environment?

Please advise.
