I deleted my main tenancy and nothing works

Hey, I might have broken my account by an accident. I wanted to purge my instances and my only tenancy in order to create a new one because I wasn't sure what I've been changing in it in the past. Now when I try creating anything that needs a tenancy to work (i.e. a new instance) everything seems to try to load some data depending on the main tenancy and hangs or errors out because I deleted it. I cannot also create any other because it also errors out.

Also, I'd like to point out that I am not an advanced user of Oracle Cloud in any sort and don't know any details on how it operates so I'm sorry if I misdescribed something. I just wanted to claim a free ARM instance to try deploying some small self-written scripts and see how it works.
