Hi Experts,
Have a requirement for triggering notifications:
1. Acknowledgement to primary contact when a SR is raised
2. Notification to both the primary contact and the agent every time a SR is updated.
Scripts are created, Channels are enabled and notifications are configured, but the bell icon are NOT triggering. Does have any idea what could be the reason for this?
