Remove/Restrict Price Basis "Your Price" from Manual Price Adjustment

Summary:

The Customer want to disable the option to select "Your Price" when creating a manual price adjustment through the UI.

There is a way to remove it from Order Entry UI? as I know, we can block it with an Error through an extension code. but the better & aesthetic way is to be able to remove/restrict "Your Price" from manual adjustment drop down
