Summary:

Hi,

Each time I try to save a service request from the employee's login, I am again and again getting this message:

"The party record isn't found for the selected person. Contact your help desk. (SVC-5295363) An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: Incident ID: 4, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: ServiceServer_as1_01, Application Name: ORA_CRM_SERVICESAPP"
