Pending Worker- 48 Hours to Reset Password to Access Fusion Applications
When a pending worker accepts their offer they get an email with a link to Oracle and to reset their password but it expires within 48 hours and this is causing a lot of issues as people just dont do it then the link expires and we have reset manually.
We managed to get round it with agencies by creating them a separate user category but Ive been told for Pending Workers its not as Flexible/automated as agents one. Oracle is providing out of box setup for Agencies, so every time an agent is created it will automatically take that user category. But for Pending workers, I have been told that if we create a custom user Category (with a different password expiry) every time a pending worker is created we would need to manually update the user category on that user account which obviously isnt feasible.
