It is possible to set the start date of a Seniority date prior to the actual Hire Date of a worker?
Dear All,
We received a requirement from the Client to check whether it is possible to set the start date of a Seniority Date prior to the actual Hire Date (even when the worker has a single Work Relationship within the Group. i.e. No prior terminated WR in the system).
We are currently using V3 Seniority Dates and configured 2 rules one for Attribute "Legal Employer" and one for Attribute "Enterprise" (both at WR level).
Even if we allowed "Edit" on them the system prevents us from selecting a date which is prior to the Hire Date. Do you know if there exists a configuration that can help us in achieving this requirement?
