Where to find the Saas_Service_Usage_Metrics_Drill_Through Report in the new Oracle Cloud Console

With our quarterly update to release 23C we have migrated from the Cloud Classic Console (My Services) to the new Oracle Cloud Console.

In My Services I was able to download the SaaS Service Usage Metrics Reports from the path ERP > Documents > For Service Instances on a monthly basis.

Though after the migration to the the new Cloud Console there are a no new monthly reports available in My Services and in the new Cloud Console I cannot find them. When I search on any (part of) the report name there are no results in the Oracle Cloud Console.

I've also checked the following documentation on the new Cloud Console, though nowhere is mentioned where to find this report.
